Gents,
I came on here to discuss Bookmaker. Please stay away from them. They are the most unprofessional classless people you will ever talk to. I have 2 documented emails where they have made "grave mistakes" and all I get was "we apologize". You will be lucky to get your money out. They make the process very difficult and deliberately prolong the process so you can keep wagering in hopes you will lose it all.
This is the process:
1. You will need to fill out a CC authorization form with every yes every CC or Debit card you ever used to deposit with. So if you have a CC or Debit that is no longer in your possession they want you to go to the bank and get a certified letter that the card is no longer in use.
2. You will need to send some form of government ID so they make sure its you.
3. For every CC or Debit card you used, you will have to make a copy of both sides of the CC or Debit and send it to them. Again, if one CC or Debit card you used is no longer in your possession you will need to call the bank and get a letter claiming its no longer working.
4. They will claim to NOT have received your information so you can continue gambling. They will apologize that they made mistakes and take their sweet time with the process.
5. I had a company call me the other day claiming they can "lower my interest rates". This company never called again when I asked how they got my information. Guess what? you know when you're on hold with bookmaker and that annoying music plays? the same company that called me had the same music. So they are using your information with the CC authorization forms and selling it to companies. THIS IS FRAUD!!
I have requested a payout 5x since October 1st... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
