colon cleansing

Haven't tried colon cleansing but did try water pills...was only supposed to take 1 pill but I took 3 (real tough guy).....pissing every couple of minutes all day....woke up in the middle of the night hurting real bad...was so dehydrated my body seemed like it was shutting down...had to crawl to frig (body was so cramped up I couldn't walk)..drank whatever i could find in the frig to hydrate myself...

Scared the shit out of me...thought i was dying..never again....

Learned my lesson...

From now on if i want to get rid of excess liquids I get my fat ass up and go exercise (sweat)...or a nice bowl of LIFE cereal does the trick on the colon part.....

It doesn't hurt.  Makes you shit a lot obviously.  If you have problems then it would be good.  If you are regular, probably a waste of money.

Doctor's tend not to recommend any solutions if they dont have a prescription to write for it. 

A $1.50 bottle of Magnesium Citrate at the local drug store is just as effective. I've talked to 3 different Gastroenterologists and they laugh at this scam. Besides, colon cleansing has risks....if the tube that is inserted by the dumbass technician perforates the bowel, make out your will immediately. As well, why the fuck would you want to wash away your naturally healthy bacteria from your GI tract? Your risking parasitic infections, Clostridium Diffocele and other bacterial infections by breaking down your own natural immunity. And whenever you decides to fuck a chick in the ass, make sure Jimmy is wrapped up....parasitic infections are a motherfucker.....just ask Jason Giambi.

I have a disease that requires me to get regular colonoscopys and asked my gasteroenterologist if I should cleanse more often and he said NO it's not necessary at all and doesn't even do much for ya unless of course you're gonna have a camera in your a%% and they need to see clearly

What would you expect a doctor that stands to make zero money on people doing natural cleanses to say?

I've have personally done the master cleanse .All it cost was some cayenne pepper,organic lemons and maple syrup. I didnt eat a thing for 10 days except the lemonade drink and I was still having bowels movements on day 10 so any doctor that says it doesnt work has no clue what they are taking about. All doctors want to do is push pills.

Maybe instead of everyone trying to find a natural cure to fix something we should just take more pills that that we can find out later cause health risks like strokes,heart disease ,birth defects, etc

I do this cleanse once ever few months (minus the azomite). It'll definitely make you shit your brains out.
