My brother recently bought a MLB playoffs sub after I strongly advised against it. Anyway his money his rules.
He started sharing the plays with me from the beginning as I was interested to see how it went but there was an immediate red flag for me when their first play was a -180 play. I thought well maybe that's just an easy layup bet to get the playoffs off to a winning start.
Nope. Every play so far (6 in total) has been priced around -180 and it's gone 4-2 which means he's made nothing for what I would consider is a sizeable outlay upfront for this service.
I'm not arguing the record because I get the game and everyone has bad seasons, bad playoffs etc. But isn't -110 plays kind of the 101 of betting to ensure you preserve your capital long term? It's staggering to me that the site running the subs would allow a service to issue plays consistently at these heavy juiced prices, they have surely been in the game long enough to know the basic math of why this is unfavourable to a punter. Do they care? Perhaps not.
I've suggested he make a complaint because this wasn't advertised as the type of plays that were going to be released and I'm sure most like me wouldn't have expected that a winning service would be making plays like this. Of course I know that it's unlikely that they'd refund his money so it will probably end up being a painful lesson, but still not a great experience.
Keen to hear peoples thoughts.

Amen! I feel you, I will never sign up for these type of services again! I’ve done it twice I. My life and both are total crap! They go about even 50/50 on their winning margins, even when they do the -110 juice bets! I always tell everyone to not sign up for these type of devices! You are better off doing your own research and making your own play decisions! I tried doc sports and they are crap! EspeciAlly that Indian cowboy! He is total garbage! Don’t ever sign up with any of them!!
