Gucci Capper has been researching laws on credit card depositing for US players. Gucci Capper doesn't understand why the books allow bettors in the USA to make a Credit Card Deposit. Maybe Gucci Capper is wrong?
For example, say someone deposits like 500 into a sportsbook via CC (that is the limit most books allow for a one time deposit on CC). Then that user hits an additional 500 on his CC everyday. The merchant account the sportsbook uses is is a shell so the cc deposit goes through, but it is really banned under the new anti-gambling laws. The credit card company will surely think this is fraud if they see the same purchases over and over for 500 intervals. Most likely, the credit card company will put a hold on the account, until the user verifies the purchases over the phone.
Now, what happens if the user tells the bank that it is a gambling site? Will the bank issue a charge back and refund the players credit card statement? If the user is up money in the sportsbook, will his funds disappear? I see way too many obstacles for sportsbooks to allow cc deposits. Seems way too risky for them to do this. Gucci Capper is quite curious if anyone has additional information on this..
Gucci Capper feels if you need to bet online, it is much safer to use moneybookers or a pre-paid card. Thanks in advance.

why don't you just call your bank and credit card companies and give them this info so they can stop people completely, Mr mention myself in the third person. You are an idiot.

A good scam is CC deposit money off shore and fire it all if you lose immediately say your card was stolen. Works every time as the sites always show clearing through Dubai or Navajo networks and that you were purchasing leather goods from overseas. They cancel it out and you keep the money and or win and cash out.
