About start of football season. A new bookie shows up. He taking action small bets on games.

World series Boston won payed out running same boom lines as Vegas.  We werehaving a good however illegal time . Making wagers getting paid and paying out over the last few months.

Seems Superbowl he allowed anIncrease in bet wagers and allowed props on the game.

He took off with all the MONEY.  Didn't really have nothing but a bed a chair small t.v. and just left..

Us old boys sitting here seems that was his plan took all the MONEY and just booted on Saturday morning.  We were suckers.... just gotta admire the gullibility of us.... We are looking at each a lot of whining crying boohooing but what we didn't know him new he was not from here... And gotta hand it to the thief , he got us.

Crazy story, bro. The bed, chair, and small TV should've been a dead ringer.

Once I know of, during the 'gas crisis' in 1974. There were long lines outside the gas station in New York. So one very enterprising guy decides to get a pad, walk by each drivers side and tell the drivers waiting in line that they are trying to speed up the process by handing out a receipt. 

If someone wanted 10 dollars in gas, he would write this on a piece of paper, hand it to the person and take the money. He made over 500 dollars and just walked away from the end of the line of cars.

Not funny; but I guess it happens.
