Have you sat down with your kids and watch...

My girls watch all that crap, yo gabba gabba, backyardagins and whatever else is on. But my 5 year old son gets pissed if he misses scooby doo at 6:30, he watches Tom and Jerry and Popeye and just loves scooby doo with a passion.. Where he got that from is beyond me but he has like 15 dvds of all scooby episodes...

The Wiggles is another one, have brought my kids to see them live and thought they were going to faint when they saw them live in person..

Good luck, it's hard to get them to enjoy what you enjoyed as a kid.  I enjoyed playing in dirt when I was a kid, my 7 year old won't get near it. 

That's it right there, I wonder how I would react if I was watching this show high?

OMG...... Teaching the Tykes how to rap at an early age.

Maybe I'm in the minority - but I actually like Yo Gabba Gabba - it's pretty entertaining - my 5 yo son likes it - we watch it on occasion.  Some of the songs are really catchy.  The creators of that show are making a mint.

He likes Spongebob ( as do I ) - but he also watches a mix of different cartoons - I have Boomerang so we get to watch some older " classic " cartoons as well.

His tastes will prob change a bit in the next year or too.  When he was younger he liked the Wiggles - but he doesnt watch it anymore.

This his what my kid watched for three years (he's now watching Star wars clone wars, Iron Man, Naruto and al.).

We got all her DVD's and a good thing his that my 1 year old girl just started watching the DVD's.

AND YES I SAT DOWN WITH THEM TO WATCH THE SHOWS !
