a lot of fat fucks drink a ton of soda
in my office people come in everyday with these gigantic fucking cooler size thermoses full of their soda for the day. its ridiculous

Get used to it. I have a feeling these deaths will become more common place. It's basically food manufacturers goal to get us addicted to their products.

Watch "Food Inc", "Forks Over Knives", "Ingredients", and other doucmentry movies like that and find out what's going on with our food.

The article title, as usual with most garbage put online nowadays, is made more to grab attention and generate clicks then to tell a more accurate description of a smoker who ate little and seemed to take no care of herself.  Putting it that way is less exciting than a lady dying from drinking to much coca-cola.

I am pissed at myself if I even drink 1 soda a day. I'd say I average about 5 a week.

Some dude at work literally drinks 5-10 sodas every day. I just sit there and think, 'damn this dude is unhealthy as shit.'

That's because it truly is an addiction. Whether or not Coke uses any addictive additives remains to be seen (I highly doubt it. But they certainly could know more on this front than we do or even the FDA does). It doesn't matter though. Habits in general create a routine which the brain becomes used to, which leads to you finding yourself with a Coke in front of you every day (and the other guy with 5+ in front of him). That essentially means the brain is treating that habit the same way it would treat an addiction which leads you to the vending machine day in, day out.

The worst part about the whole ordeal? Coke's response: Water is deadly as well if consumed in large quantities. Thanks for that Coke. A billion dollar company educating the masses...

Raven...great talent who got lost in the shuffle of the clusterfuck that was Bichoff's WCW. Too bad. He'd still be around today with a lot of that roster if used properly.

My Wifey is addicted to Diet Coke.  Drinks one or two every morning just like everybody else drinks coffee in the morning.  Then a couple more during the day.  I try to get her to drink bottled water or juice but she says, "I need the fizz".

what frustrates me is seeing young kids drink this crap. twice this week i've seen my nephew who is 7 years old drinking a 44oz coke fountain drink. I know this shit leads to overweight and possibly diabetes.

giving birth to 8 children by the time she was thirty prob didn't help, but I agree soda is terrible for you.  Was one of the first things I cut out a while back when I wanted to get healthier.  Switched to seltzer and now when I have soda it tastes ridiculously sugary.

I drink 2 caffeine-free Diet Cokes a day in the evening. 

Golden Goose, like your wife, I need the carbonation of it when I eat dinner.  I don't mind drinking selzer or club soda, but I prefer the Diet Coke.

The article is ridiculous.   Christ, when you read about her lifestyle, Coke might have been the only thing keeping her alive these past two years.

I cut all soda pop out of my diet back in September, and I've lost 30 Lbs since.  Shit's bad for you.
