Well, I cashed out 2k today. $500 per the vanilla option. The 1,500 I am attempting to use the bank card funds for the first time. We will see how this does, the funds are out of my account, I will see how long it takes for it to show up into my bank account now or on hold. I didn't know if anyone has used this option or not.
Raisethis2 - How long does it take you to receive your check? And how long does your bank put a hold on it?
Thanks for taking time to reply.

You can send them a scan of your debit card, license and utility bill and sign a form asserting that is all your personal info and get it directly transferred to your bank account.
Just ask em for details.

They didn't need any of that information. I just needed to fill out an email, making sure my banking information matches what they have on file. I just didn't know if anyone has used this option or not. I guess I will see how this goes. 5dimes told me it takes 3-5 business days. So, the money should be in my account Friday-Tuesday. I don't know if my bank puts a hold on the funds, or if this is hold if there is going to be any included.

They needed my debit card number and expiration date. I guess what I meant my bank information above was: my name on the card matches my 5dimes account holder name and driver's license that they have on file. My banking address information is the same that 5dimes has. They didn't need me to send in my license again because they had, no from to sign, and utility bill, more than likely because this isn't my first payout. This is just my first payout using this method.
To recap 5dimes said the money would be in my account on Friday, Monday or Tuesday. Today is Friday (third business day) no funds. They still have Monday and Tuesday for their timetable.

I received the $1,500 and 5dimes told the other $45 wasn't from them. It must be a bank error and they're suppose to charge a fee?
