Every time I build my bankroll from sports betting I blow it all on the blackjack table or roulette. It happens every time. I keep telling myself that wont do it but I always end up going to virtual casinos and blow all my money. So far I blew 2 thousand in 2 night, 500 in 1 night and 300 in 15 minutes. All this money is what I build up. It all starts from a bad night betting on sports. I can't stop. Why can't I take a losing and not try to chase.

You need to take pride in being disciplined. Right now, you only take pride in increasing your bankroll. You have one losing night, and you panic trying to turn it into a winning night.
Next time you have a losing day, don't play the online casino, take your loss like a man, and pat yourself on the back.

When you lose a bet go do something else. A walk, a swim, a drive, etc etc .. This should help take your mind off of it for a while and recharge the batteries instead of placing the next available bet that leads to more losses.

Years ago I used to do this all the time when I was going out drinking every night.
Place my bets go get tanked, watch the games, come home drunk and play black jack. It was

Discipline is a b!tch. Took a break from betting for a bit other than the occasional big event but got back in for March madness and pucks. Decided to jump into MLB this season and am on one serious losing streak. I told myself to wait a few weeks into the season before getting started and not to chase if I got down. Long story short started opening day to test the waters and went 3-0. Got that adrenaline rush from the action and began making too many stupid bets. Yesterday I was down about 25% of my BR being an action junkie and decided to chase big even though I knew better.
It is a lesson I thought I learned a long time ago but I guess every so often you need to learn it again. I have not tried to chase losses in literally 9 years. I feel like I am the degenerate I was when I first started betting off shore oh so long ago.

Right now you just want to rake in a life-changing amount of money... When you will reach an amount of money that you'll be scared to lose, you will walk away. You will hate losing it more than you like winning some more.

My personal rules that can improve your sports betting:
1. Money management. Bet less than 5% of your total current bankroll per bet. Use Kelly Criterion Calculator.
For example:
If your total bankroll is $2000.
5% of your $2000 is $100.
If you lose your $100 bet, now you have $1900.
5% of your $1900 is $95.
Now you bet $95 instead of $100 because of your total current bankroll has changed.
Bet like this and you can either slowly gain or slowly lose but can never be completely broke.
2. Be a strategic gambler by picking your spots and wait for the right opportunity. Never be a compulsive gambler by betting because it's your favorite team or for the action. Do your research.
3. Stay emotionless all the time. Bet like a robot. There's no place for emotions in this profession. Be discipline.
