Can a so called "friend" fly with a misdemeanor bench warrant. Will so called"friend" be arrested at the airport. So called "friend" didn't show up for a probation violation hearing a couple years ago and they sent a letter out about the bench warrent being issued. Never came to arrest him even though they knew where he lived. It's from another state. Not the same state so called"friend" will be flying out of.

My friend got busted flying back from Guam on a misdemeanor bench warrant. So leaving or coming back from out of the country is risky. If this person is staying in the USA I advise taking a train or bus. GL.

It's nothing to worry about. It's not a felony or any type of federal rap so the TSA has nothing to do with it. Misdemeanors, especially from another state, really don't mean much. The only thing he really has to worry about is if he's stopped for a traffic violation in the jurisdiction where the bench warrant was issued. Even then, the cop who stops him may not even take him in if it's for some bullshit charge or it may be near the end of his shift and he doesn't feel like doing the paperwork. The cop may also be on his way to go eat somewhere and then all he'll do is say get it taken care of and let him go on his way.

Apparently in Michigan that justifies getting put on probation for two years, outragous fines, weekend work for the county for a month, random drug tests and breathylizers. A victimless crime. Just acting beligerent drunk trying to hitch a ride. Yeah michigan doesn't mess around. Put jalen rose in county jail for i think 3 weeks on his first dui. Michigan court system sets people up to fail their probation. It's from 3-4years ago and they issue a bench warrent but never showed up to arrest him when he missed court. they knew where to find him but even they knew it was a bs charge so why bother right. Lets just see if this person is stupid enough to do what the probation involves. He wasn't. He left the state and now they can go fuck themselves. Oakland county jail is the worse jail. Overcrowded as fuck and you have to beg for toilet paper. No pillow. Just a blanket, sheet, and concrete. He definately learned his lesson. Stay out of trouble. He does not want any part of that place again.
