I Didn't Know This

The hole at the end of the frying pan handle was designed to balance your spoon while cooking. Similarly, the whole in the tab of a soda can is so that your straw doesn't keep falling out.

If you are ever trapped in a car, pull out the headrest & use the bottom to break out a window.

If you are driving an unfamiliar car & don't know which side of the car to fill it, look at the fuel gage where there's an arrow to point you in the right direction. (Actually, I knew this one.)

Hate those little cups they give to fill with mustard or catsup? Don't screw with them anymore. Use the plastic soda cup top for easier dipping. (I learned this one from a 14 year old kid in Culvers.)

The easier way to peal a banana is from the bottom just like monkeys do.

There are different types of plungers. A tapered one is for the toilet & a flat plunger for the sink. ( I had no clue)

Trouble getting keys off a ring? Use & a staple remover to separate the ring to add/remove a key.

Want to keep your lunch cool? Use a watered down sponge, put in a plastic bag & in the freezer. When you pack your lunch/snacks in the morning, add the frozen sponge bag to you lunch cooler.

Got a lot of grocery store plastic bags? You really shouldn't but anyway...you can use an old tissue box to store/access them easily. 

Bread tags can be used to identify/organize computer cables.

The frying pan handle thing is more of a hack. Pretty sure the hole is actually to store the pan on a hook. Likewise, the soda can tab thing is a hack. Most of these are hacks. There's a ton of videos on YouTube covering this stuff. Be Amazed puts out some good ones.
