I&#x27;m sticking with my little quad copter for this summer until I feel I&#x27;ve really mastered the controls.   I may pick up a RC car this week, just something to mess around with.

&#xD;&#xA;Grab yourself the Phoenix 5.0 Simulator BW. Can&#x27;t say enough about it. Barrel &#xE1; fun and whatever you buy will be on the disk....exactly the model you fly or drive. These toys are expensive to crash and the sim tests/trains your brain and ability. &#xD;&#xA;Horizon hobby is the place.

I&#x27;m sure you can get involved on that for hours.I&#x27;m gonna get a 4 wheel drive RC truck... I have some old 4 wheeler trails in my woods that I can make a pretty cool little track out of.   That will kill time until football starts

Was that jet like 4 ft long?What fuel does it use?Why no fire when it crashed?Can you imagine it coming in on a city drone, and they&#x27;re going "I don&#x27;t believe this, we&#x27;re at 400 feet!"

Every manuever is specific to a real flight outside.  That model is scale about 7 feet long turbine. Guys with big money fly them with some sort of fuel mixture and battery. I&#x27;m gunning for the electric fan model which is lith battery charged. Super fast and a lot of fun. Takes a lot of hours on the simulator to get proficient with these beasts. Drone and quad hunting sidewinders are an extra cost..I&#x27;ll spend the money.

Isn't this a neat hobby....
