Fukk MGM. One month they want to fly me to Detroit. The next month they want to fly me to Bioxi. The next month they ban me from Springfield, MA and trespass me from all MGM properties. They DO NOT LIKE WINNERS and people who know how to play THE COMP GAME.
With casinos BEGGING for action these days you’d think A little gratitude would go a long way. But no, they apparently want to target old ladies pumping quarters in to slot machines. Well, good luck with that business model.
You’ll get your money, umgmu, but s#it like this is aggravating as hell and designed to put you on tilt. Best advice would be to leave MGM for a good long time. Let them scratch their heads for a few months and when the contact you, and they will, you’ve got a great story to get this dope manager fired.

This reminds me of the lady I talked to just today from the gas company after taking and knowing all of my information who wants the company to do a meter reading and wanted me to be home and I told her I would not be home but my son would be home and she asked me for my son's name and I told her it was Mike and she asked me what was his last name and I replied I just told you my son was going to be here so What do you think his last name is?......
I'm sure they'll take care of it, but it does amaze me how they have personnel in those casinos amongst other businesses that don't know their ass from a hole in the ground.
