So my money management is stellar but today my best friend of 15 year came in town from AZ and I went crazy on early horses. Down $4,000 so far. I have the moola but am not a happy camper.
When you guys get down on terrible plays does everyone go on tilt or is it just me?!?!?!?!?
I'm betting 1000 at deleware race 10 6,1 Exacta then back to poker and sports.
Anywho respect most of you guys and wondering what gets rid of the TILT button...

Jelax... if you don't go on tilt once in a while then you are not human. It means that you take pride in what you do and are pissed that you lost. It is human nature. Obviously you don't want to go on tilt and want to avoid it all together but if you must go on tilt you want to restrict that sensation to a short stay. My advise is to just take some time off all together and do something that makes you happy other than gambling. Preferably nothing sports related. BOL!
