This paves the way for full legal sportsbetting across the US! And thank God, because these 'overseas' sportsbooks suck, no matter how good the rating:
Case in point, I've been using Bookmaker since it was called BetCris, which is a while back. They have an A+ rating or whatever, and I've generally always been pleased with their service-even though I've lost a lot there.
Anyway, while back they had a deposit special, where you deposit 500 or whatever, and there is some insane roll-over like 10,000(which I probably wouldn't have done had I realized the details). So I play a while, and lose all this, leaving a 8,000 roll or something.
After I lose that, I dep another 500.00.This time, I don't ask for any bonus or anything.But I notice, day-after-day, the rollover is there, and slowly decreasing. So I sent an email and explained everything, and their response:

So make sense of that.It's still there, guess they're going to make me 'roll-over' like a puppy dog
And my point in saying all this is that no matter how good there books are, they play games. They even may know that crap like this upsets me, so thank God things are changing!
