...The ones that feel like your head is on the verge of exploding.
I'd open in FF forum but that place is a morgue.
Sodium levels completely tanked? Dunno, maybe some of the hunky workout degenerates have some answers.

Yes to both. My training is super intense. 50 minute hard drop set weight training followed by 25-30 minute stair climbing cardio that would make a lot of people scream for help.
Soaked at the end. Up for 2nd heat winning pos start at a Spartan Race in 3 months. May nave to drop if I don't figure it out.
Screwing this up.

What is your caffeine intake like within about an hour prior to workout? Sounds like your blood pressure may be bombing during and right after the workout. These days, it usually means too much salt/caffeine prior to or during the workout.
Ditch any energy drinks if you use those. They would be my number one culprit.

No salt, no caffiene, no energy drinks at all in my diet.
Breathing is a good call. I'm mindful of it but need to perfect it. Some exercises won't let you breath. Squats, bent over rows......etc. Try exhaling at the bottom of a 3 wheel squat and you'll dump that bar. Not easy.
Razor headaches suck.. Have to correct it though. Gracias chicos.
