Question about hernandez trial - I may be naive here

His lawyers fully admitted that he witnessed a murder. True or not who knows but... I feel like this has been under played in the media etc.

Why can they not ask him directly about this? Is it because he can not he asked in his own trial?

Seems like they fully admitted that he was at least somewhat involved.

One cannot be forced to testify at their trial if memory serves correct

I think you are correct. That is why I said I am naive here. But seems strange considering that his lawyers fully admitted that he was involved to an extent and that Lloyd was murdered by one of the three (not that anyone questioned that anyway).

Prosecutors been F&#x27;N up this trial from the get-go.  There have been rumors up here in the NorthEast since the trial started that this is exactly what happened.  Herenandez didn&#x27;t pull the trigger and they can&#x27;t prove he gave the order either.

Because he is the one on trial he doesn&#x27;t have to take the stand.If he was to make a deal then he could testify against one of the other people (if they also go to trial) to reduce his sentence.

Doesn&#x27;t look like prosecution can put his hand on the gun though. Be interesting to see if the jury ignores that. Imo he&#x27;s going away 20-30 on accessory or minimum to life. Charles Manson knows all about that.
