You should walk away, but you're not going to be able to.

You'll start betting for "fun" and not doing your due diligence. Then you'll lose a few bucks and try to win it back, then go on a bad run and the chase to break even will start all over again.

Only way to stop is if you really want to. Also, if you've got something else to keep your mind off of it.

If you don't have any other hobbies or a girlfriend, you're just gonna be sitting by your tv suffering trying to watch a game with no money on it and it will be painful.

Been there, done that. The itch is never going to go away unless you replace it with something.

Yeah, seems like it. Ended up losing some hundred bucks between this post and today. Still at breakeven though. I have a future bet on the Jays, which is tough for me to close my account out. Thanks for taking this serious though, I appreciate it.

If you don't wanna continue, close the account and run far away. Gambling isn't for everyone and it can be really crappy.
