Bayless was offered 4 Million a year to stay at ESPN but it has been announced he will be headed to FOX when his contract expires on August.

1. I may know start watching ESPN again

2. Must call Dish Network and cancel all my Fox stations

3. Who's Al Sharpton I mean Stephen A Smith going to yell at now? I mean what's the racist going to do without Skip?

The racist arrogant @sshole will have Disney find another scumbag to act belligerent around.

For sports reporting, NFL Network, NHL Network, MSG, MSG+ and SNY are the only stations that are tolerable.

I stopped watching ESPN after they dropped the NHL. Is the Top 10 plays on SportsCenter (during the summertime) still a variety of a Homerun, a double play, some kind of walkoff, strikeout and a diving catch?

I wonder though how much of Skip&#x27;s takes on the show are just drummed up for debate/drama vs what he really feels.  If you look back in his Twitter timeline over the lat 4-5 years he has said some crazy crazy stuff (he&#x27;d take Josh Norman over Cam any day of the week etc etc.)  Anyway, First Take is definitely dead because who is going to watch Stephen A argue with himself?

Bayless will reportedly be hauling down between $5 and $6 million a year with Fox.He doesn&#x27;t have to talk to Stephen A any more and gets a raise too.No brainer.

He can sit over there and argue with Colin Cowherd and both of them will never be heard of again.ESPN is paying billions for broadcast rights but are cutting talking heads.Talerico(MNF and a lead announcer) is bailing and going to NBC Sports.The WorldWideLeader is strong on content (games) but Disney is cutting because among other things fewer people are accessing through traditional cable.

Fox/FS1 president Jamie Horowitz made the comment when they gave Jay and Dan their own 30 minute show on FS1 that the sports highlight show is dead. Horowitz used to run ESPN before going to Fox

As much as I dislike Bayless he's a really good writer but he gets paid a lot of money by saying the most shocking things to get attention. So I guess the joke's on us right?

Packers, I can specifically remember when SKIP got run out of town down here in Dallas. He personally had a hand in destroying the Dallas Times Herald . Paper folded. .. He sucked as their lead sports controversial columnist. I mean really sucked.

Then he initially got the early morning gig at one of the greatest sports talk shows of all time, the little TICKET 1310 when it started out in 1994. His punk behind got fired within 3-4 months if I recall correctly. And now this whiny little girl gets all this cash...OMFG I will NEVER watch him either...He TOTALLY SUCKS

Skip doesn&#x27;t bother me as much as Stephen A.trying to talk CFB or NFL.I&#x27;ve heard Kellerman might be his replacement on First Take.I never dog a man for getting that cheddar.
