If you use a credible book and are an honest bettor, you will never run into any problems...if you use a fake book with very poor reputation, you will get hooped in the end no matter what.

WilliamHill and Bet365 are the best books globally.

SportsInteraction didnt ban me for winning, but restricted all my wagers to $3.03 max bet 24hrs after i won over 20k betting a single tennis match ingame 2 years ago...i did nothing wrong except chase and bet a live tennis match where the fav was down 5-0 in a bizarre looking first set...and yes the fav actually came back to win the match 75-61 and i cleaned up huge...but if i lost all my money, the book would have gladly taken my action moving forward and let me keep betting huge limits thinking i was a sucker.

Know who your book is and their reputation regarding how they treat winning bettors.

ESPN communicated with 20 bettors for this article who said they had been banned from betting with William Hill U.S. in Nevada. Two said they already have been cut off at the new William Hill books in New Jersey, too, something the Division of Gaming Enforcement is reviewing.

"In our world, our community," said Joe Fortuna, one of the professional bettors who says he was cut off by William Hill in Nevada, "everyone knows you'll get thrown out of there."

"It's not even really close," said another Las Vegas bettor who had been restricted by William Hill and requested anonymity. "They're by far the worst."

Thorpe...you are quoting a story which doesnt tell the entire story...there is always a reason behind someone getting banned, and the way this is being reported, not all the facts here are being offered...its an article clearly taking the side of a few people making claims they have been banned, but are not being fully truthful as to why.

Not looking to pick a fight, legitimately interested in hearing your experiences...Also, how in the world did you get enough down to win 20k on live tennis at sportsinteraction lol?Can I pm you?

The full story is going to be overlooked here, and thats fine...not my job to be a lawyer here to defend the other side...whoever gets banned from betting have done something to warrant it...whether it be angling, trying to manipulate a line or wager by using teams and rings, whatever...legit books will always take your action if you are a straight up bettor.
