How can this person be charged with murder if pro choice people have established a fetus isnt a person? You cant have it both ways. Either a fetus is a human or its not. If its not, you cant be charged for murder

they know it's life, they just hide under BS excuses. like a womans right to choose, the woman had a right not to spread her legs and get pregnant. period.

it's no different if she made the decision to go out and drink and killed someone. the justice system doesn't say it's okay you had the right to choose to get drunk and kill someone, no! we hold people accountable for the decisions they make.

if your grown up enough to go out and have sex, then you should be grown up enough to accept the reasonablity of raising that baby.

you say if someone kills without the personconsent it's murder. but if they give the consent ( abortion) it's ok.suicide is illegal! that person is giving his consent to die, but it's still illegal.

Who cares about murder charges?  Kidnapping and rape will put him away for ever anyways.   Even if they get a death penalty it wouldn't be carried out for a decade.

you can have it both ways.  there are many terms that have different meanings in the law depending on the context.,  to equate fetus in the murder context with fetus in the abortion context completely ignores the woman's interest on controlling her body, which of course, rightwingers are all too willing to ignore but as we saw in the most recent presidential election, that position does not serve them well because women do in fact have a right to vote.

A prosecutor can make any charges he wants, sometimes under political pressure.  It doesn't mean the suspect will be tried and convicted. 

In a high profile case like this, you can assume they will throw everything at the proverbial wall of justice and see what sticks.

So if someone punches a woman in the stomach while she is pregnant, it is considered murder.

But if a woman decides to kill the baby inside her, its not murder, its ok...
