If you are coming to the east coast of Florida you have plenty of options including the Marlins & Cardinals at the same stadium in Jupiter, the Mets in Port St. Lucie and the Astros & Nationals in West Palm Beach. All 3 of these locations are within a 30 minute drive of each other.
These stadiums seat anywhere from 5,000 to 7,500 seats & in Jupiter you can lay on the grass in foul territory down the right field line.
The atmosphere is laid back & you can't miss batting practice if you're looking to snag a foul ball or get close to players warming up before the game. Most of the stadium sound systems are awful but you have to remember these are small cities in Florida. Beers are almost as expensive as the major league parks & they do check your bag at the gate in case you try to bring in any food into the park.
I've been going to these games since I moved to SFLA in 74 when the Yankees, Braves, Orioles, Expos & Rangers all played in close proximity.
You will have a blast! Enjoy!
