Stop complaining about the new layout for ESPN.com people

I love it, It's faster than the old layout and it's much more hip, Get with the times you whiny old fuddy duddies.

Layout is OK...  I was pissed that I couldn't log into my Fantasy Hockey League.... I'm in the Championship and I haven't logged out all season, but ESPN reset everything and wouldn't recognize my log-in until later in the day yesterday

The old layout would freeze and lag whenever there were games going on, It had also been the same layout for 4/5 years if I'm correct, There wasn't as much up to the minute info and now with the twitter feed on the right, ESPN has finally caught up with all the other major sporting websites, You need the social media stuff, Yet everyone in the comment sections are complaining about it, So much complaining about nothing, Some people seriously cannot deal with change.

You mean you can change a layout to a website without is becoming slower?

Yeah, it's nice if they get their act together with the posting of "odds" from the day's activities.  We are on a gambling site right ?

We'd like to know the simple things like what was the closing line on a day's activities .   That's simple enough , right ???

The old one was perfect, the new one is change for the sake of change which is stupid.

How was the old one perfect? It would freeze and lag on NFL Sundays, It would take a minute or two before it ran smoothly, There was no fresh content every half an hour, It would update roughly every 4/5 hours.

'Change for the sake of change', So all those rich schmo's running ESPN just decided to change it for the sake of change? What a numpty.

Its a personal preference. Would you rather have your info all spread out where you need to scrawl down the page to find it. Or would you rather have it at the top of the page, with the top 5-10 stories right there one click away?

Yeah, it's great. The "new and improved" baseball scoreboard no longer shows the full box score, doesn't give play by play which leaves it to your imagination as to how a runner ended up on base or how a run ended up scoring, and now only displays 4 games at a time whereas before you could see up to 8.

Yes but if you don't play the role of the imbecile and click on 'Show full MLB scoreboard', It shows you the scores of every baseball game instead of only four, and if you again drop the part of the imbecile and click on each specific game, It opens up the gamecast which gives you play by play info, Telling you how each runner got on etc.

The new layout is viewed best when you drop the part of the imbecile and actually use some common sense but I realize that is pretty tricky for you starbucks drinking, Listen to Nicky Minaj/ Kanye West and wear skinny jeans generation.

A - You are ripping on your own generation, which is an imbecile move.

B - Thinking Kanye is the music of 'today's generation' when he peaked in like 2005, which is an imbecile move.

Speaking of Kanye, they should have let him design it. 

Were they to take those boxes, and put them in an array as the former layout had, it would be perfect. They did this for four or five days, but preferred to opt for arrogance, as in "you will get used to it." No, i won't. If they bring back the 2-column, 4- or 5-deep per screen, I will return.

One gets eye-fatigue trying to see the stats on the outside of the loooooong boxes, never mind trying to comprehend the data with that layout. Can' t see the advantage to them, as they had a usable format with the new style for several days while the ncaa big dance was occurring.

Do you really want to scroll 80 games during college football? Oh, they can break them up into ....what? More clicks, more scrolling?

I would use this scoreboard happily were it useful, but I can't use it, so I won't. Too bad because it was great. Thanks for the years of utility.

Thing is, if you weren't such an imbecile, you would realize that all that play by play information was available on the main screen in the previous version, so explain to me how this renders the new scoreboard more functional.
