Anybody following this disaster?Dove caves for years and this one is a mother, even for expert cave divers.. I think the only best worst option they have is to send in ta dive team and bring them out one by one..Incredibly dangerous for both diver and children but what can you do? None of these kids knows how to swim either.

Latest is Space X engineers are hours away from completing a flexible kevlar mini sub that can ferry the kids out above the water line all at once while being towed by divers. Long as they don&#x27;t get stuck in a tunnel and panic it should work.America to the rescue.

Been following since rescuers started looking for them, it&#x27;s been a roller coaster of emotions, pending dread when not found for more than a week then elation when finally found and fear again finding out the complexities of a safe rescue. already lost one diver, not really a religious guy but pray no one else dies

Amen to that. Just can&#x27;t imagine the kids scuba diving their way out of there being anything less than a total loss, lead divers included. Let&#x27;s hope the Thai govt allow the engineers to give &#x27;em a higher probability of surviving.

Rescue happening. Reports vary, but it looks like at least 2 are out; some reports say 4; some say 6 are out.

Officials said late Sunday they&#x2019;d need to pause the operation for at least 10 hours to fill oxygen tanks that had been depleted during the first phase of the rescue mission.This baffles me.

They have replace the tanks at intervals inside of the cave. Divers might have to decompress too but don&#x27;t know if they have much depth.

Media pumped this cave dive up to be an over head environment meaning it&#x27;s full of water all the way through. Hardly the case.

Looks like the sub may not be there on time but it&#x27;d be interesting if he does some test runs afterwards

Yep. If the rains crank up and that cave becomes an overhead dive, they&#x27;ll need that sub in the worst way. Smart that Space X is sending it just in case. Watched the video tests, it would no doubt work perfectly imo.
