The prosecutors are investigating to find evidence to charge him with premeditated murder. The prosecutors are on their first leg of the investigation.  It will be interesting to see if they find enough evidenvce to charge him with premed murder.

News Flash... Possible incriminating evidence revealed...Apparently the bullets entered the victim&#x27;s body at an upward 45 degree angle. Investigators believe the shooter was either kneeling down or perhaps had no legs.

The guy needs to hire the best defense lawyers to get him out of this mess. However, the best defense lawyers will cost him an arm and a leg. The defense lawyers will have their work cut out for them, so they will have to put their best foot foward when they defend this guy in court. When the trial does start and the guy has to testify, he better make sure not to incriminate himself by putting his foot in his mouth.
