I have to apologize fella's. The link led to an editorial that was changed once the date changed and the newspaper website was updated. The editorial mentioned how a guy flew to Arizona and had $39,500 dollars in cash to purchase a truck for his business and a policeman at the airport tried to claim the money smelled of marijuana and wanted him to sign a note of forfeit and surrender the money of face charges...total bull! he had to surrender the money despite having the bank withdrawal paperwork and is now fighting the case through appeal.

I think with money laundering legislation the onus is on you to prove that the money came from a legitimate source and is not the proceeds of crime
