Never been. Can I bet on sports without players card?  And do they have self serve kiosks that I can walk up to and bet sports?  You know.....like the ones they have at horse tracks....where you just key in your own bet.  Thanks

William-Hill has kiosks at their books but most people just use them to deposit into their phone accounts. WHY when you have a live writer WHY use the kiiosk ??? do NOT need a players card to bet BUT IF you are a "big player" gets you some nice comps

It never hurts to have a players card. Signing up guarantees you'll at least get a better rate on your room next time. If not a cheaper room, possibly an upgrade. The idea, though, is to NOT stay in your room

Ask for drink tickets to see if they provide them. You're gonna have to shell out at least $100 in bet(s) though. A $20 5-team parly isn't going to move the needle. Try and make your bets with the same ticket writer, if possible. You strike up a rapport with them, they remember you, appreciate your business, you could get even more than a regular shlub.

If you still have drink tickets that you haven't used and are leaving, remember to share your good fortune. I had a 1/2 dozen tickets left, and walked up to three guys at the sports bar and laid them down......"Can you guys use these?"

"Thanks a lot, man!"

"You da man!"

Pretty sure you can use the mobile apps to wager as long as you are in NV.Cantor and William Hill.Boyd and Ceasars no I believe..

But like Hawk says get friendly with a ticket writer,tip the loose bills on wins,ask who he likes in such and such game,buy him a cheap ticket.They appreciate it believe me.

Rio is a great book when it comes to drink tix..And since I don't need them as I'm playing VP at the bar,I hand them to obvious tourists who are about to pay cash.I just tell them to tip the bartender and all is good.

Tips go a looong way in Vegas and just part of expense.GL

Used to go to Vegas every year to bet on the Super Bowl.

Usually saw a show the night before the game.......

I really loved going down to the sports book and just sit there and

watch and bet on some of the basketball games that were going on

...and also reading all the prop bets for the SB........

First year we went they actually still had places to go to watch

the game and eat food with a large crowd.......those were the

most fun........the greedy NFL put a stop to that and we had to

figure out where to watch the game after that.........
