I bet under1.5 rounds for Lewis fight it ended 21 seconds into the 2nd round that is a win correct? It has been graded a loss ??

Under 1.5 rounds means it ends in the 1st round. It doesn't mean literally mean under 1 round, 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Get 'em next time. This thing is a never ending learning process. And we always learn most from losses. Today, you learned what under 1.5 rounds means.
