The UIGEA was supposed to come in to effect on Dec 1.

It was postponed for 6 months - and will most likely not every see the light of day.

The writing that was on your bank statements was on EVERYONES statements - it means squat.

I talked with TD about this back in September they are barring any type of internet gambling transactions so it will get declined if you try to deposit using a td credit card.

The main resean for this is because of the large increase in degenerates trying to dispute credit card charges or those that have racked up high limits due to gambling.

Iam in Canada so it has nothing to do with the legalities more so for the inconvenience to td with all the disputes and non-payments.

Fair enough limiting the degenerats rakig up debt on credit cards - but would this affect you current account debit card as well ?
