Ive been beating my book for a decent amount recently, and just recently requested a payout for a fairly large amount. I just logged onto my account and see this message:

AS PER MANAGEMENT YOU HAVE TO GIVE US EQUAL ACTION ON GAMES/HALVES, QUARTERS OR PROPS.

what does this mean? I pretty much bet everything and havent bet more on games than props or vice versa

just not sure what they mean when they say i have to give them equal action?

Do they mean i have to bet the opposite side that is getting a lot of action on there end, just to even out the sides?

the book is mybookie.agAnd i mean ive never had a problem with them before, requested a $1000 payout which i received within a few daysAlso requested a $2800 bank wire which i received within 48 hoursThis kind of comes out of left field though

not worried about the rating..they are a new book, but i have never had a problem with them.Customer service has always handled everything with me in a timely manner.I believe they want my action

My book just called me and says I have been betting too much on 2nd halves and props and it does not equal the amount I have been betting on full games.

They are telling me I need to wager on full games to make my account equal.
The rep insisted he had explained this to me earlier (which he never did)

I have never heard of such a thing before.

I requested a payout yesterday. The call I got today the rep told me I cannot cash out because I've been betting way more on 2h bets than full game bets.

Examined to him I have never heard of this before and that he doesn't want a bad reputation with me.

Rep than said he would "try" to reprocess my payout and quickly hung up the phone

Where do I go from here?

Stop signing up with shiit books looking for bonuses and bet with top books and not have to worry about getting paid. Betdsi and Bookmaker are the best out there, why people insist on betting with shiitty books is beyond me. It is hard enough to win without having to worry about getting paid if you win.

just spoke to another rep who basically explained to me that my action was considered "non-recreational". She says that the book is only aiming for recreational players and so i need to equalize the action on my account by betting full game lines.

She said that the past 2 weeks 90% of my action was on props/2h lines and only 10% of my action was on everything else

I basically told her, this was just brought to my attention today and I dont feel comfortable continuing to gamble with them unless i received my payout.

After a lot of back and forth, I was advised that I can either close my account and walk away with my total account balance. Or play by there rules and equalize the action in my account.

I ended the conversation by saying since you do not want my "non-recreational" action I would like to close my account.

She said she would make a note on my account

Wouldn&#x27;t it be funny if you took them to the woodshed betting full games?  I realize that it would be foolish on your part since you are doing well, but what a way to really stick it to them.Thats like doing really well at blackjack then having the pit boss come over and say, "we can&#x27;t pay you until you play some slots."

I think they have a right to do this, As they mentioned, They only want recreational bettors, In other words they view you as a sharp and they want to see if you are a sharp by checking your full game bet record, If you were to clean them up with full game bets they would definitely close your account or if you were to lose full game bets they would realize you are just another average joe who got hot betting 2nd halfs, Which can happen, I went on a 10/11 game 2nd half bets winning streak, 2nd half bets can be very easy as you have way more information available to you than prior to the game where you cannot take into account motivation, sharpness of teams etc, Although gamblers want to bet the full game as it gives them a sort of macho feel about the game, 'I'm so confident with this bet I cant wait for the 2nd half' blah, blah, blah.

Take it as a compliment/headache

can they deny me closing my account and withdrawing my winnings though?

i can understand their reasoning if i left some money in and continued to play with them, but what if i just wanted to stop playing with them altogether

i really dont want to have to bet on their terms
