Was playing two hands on a six deck table and was pumped up to $400 each hand. Dealer showing a 5. I split 7-7 on my first hand. Get a 4 on my first 7 for 11 and double down another $400 and pull a 9 for a total of 20. Get a 2 on my second 7 for 9 and double down another $400 and pull and Ace for a total of 20. That's $1,600 out there on hand number one.
I split 8-8 on my second hand. Get a 3 on my first 8 for 11 and double down another $400 and pull a 9 for a total of 20. Get a 2 on my second 8 for 10 and double down another $400 and pull a 10 for a total of 20. That's another $1,600 out there on hand number two.
Riding a total of $3,200 out there now with four hands all sitting very pretty with all 20's and looking at a dealer 5.
The dealer flips his under card and it's a 2. So he has a 7 total. Hits his 7 with a 2 for a total of 9. Hits his 9 with a 3 for a total of 12. Hits his 12 with a 4 for a total of 16. Hits his 16 with a 5 for a total of 21. My $3,200 is now GONE. A $6,400 swing is now GONE.
Think about what just happened. He had a 7 and could have hit it with a 10 for a total of 17 and paid all my 20's. No. He had a 9 and could have hit it with a 10 for a total of 19 and paid all my 20's. No. He had a 12 and could have hit it with a 10 and busted, paying all my 20's. No. He had a 16 and could have hit it with a 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 and busted, paying all my 20's. No.
How fukking ridiculous was that??? What are the odds of that happening??? $6,400 swing GONE in 60 seconds.

I think it was in 2012 NCAA march Madness had a First round 15 team parlay going. I had some ML and some point spreads.
I hit everything and just needed DUKE to win the Game not even cover the 14 point spread(I think it was up there) and they lost by a had full of points.
