They advertise that they are the #1 Sportsbook by the OOBG. I have had an account with them for years, ever since the wonderful sports book The Greek stopped taking US customers. Youwager agents call me all the time to send in money and wager, I have asked them to not call me, but this is ignored. Finally after several losing wagers and a rather long quiet period I decided to send in a relatively small 800.00 for a wager on NBA series. Lucky me finally won! So I call up to have my balance sent to me. The customer rep says "when you accepted the fee return of $13.00 for Western Union you agreed to roll your funds over three times before any withdrawal" I told him I thought it was standard practice to reimburse the fee to customers and I never was aware of the roll over rule. He wouldn't relent so I said take back your $13.00 and send me my balance. So he charged me back for the $13.00, then said it would be a $55.00 charge to send me a check because I accepted the $13.00 in the first place and didn't follow the rules. Then he also added they would only send an even amount of money so I would be left with $70.00 in my account. All of this tells me this sportsbook can't be trusted, I'm done with them.
