Choice(s) based upon how each track is playing, the observations during the post parade, types of wagers starting those particular races, etc. If nothing else, it provides a (hopefully) starting point.
AQ changes are in, races adjusted - any further for that/those races changes the body of the race.
CD changes are not in at this point.
