Hi all horse race investors need a little help. I was recently transferred to Texas and we all know no Internet wagering.
I was a twin Spires user for 20+years prior to moving. I have been using an offshore account which is honest but I am unable to control my money in and out in a timely manor.
I have heard of people being able to trick Twin Spires but I'm not smart enough. The closest OTB is about 30 miles and with all this Covid stuff I prefer not to go.
Anyone that can help please reach out.
