Javier Castellano is back from minor (it's always minor if it's someone other than you) hip surgery. He was on one @ GP today & has a couple of mounts on each of the next 3 days.
It may be a week or two before he gets his full load of 6 or 7 mounts a day I would imagine.
Should be interesting to see who may loose mounts with his return...I don't think it will be the Ortiz Bros, or Johnny V or Luis Saez but probably Bravo, Zayas and Paco.

Javier's comeback has been slow. Currently he's 0 for 11 with two 2nds. He has 7 mounts on a 14 race stakes loaded card Saturday. He has 2 for Pletch & one each for Mott, Walsh, Delgado, Tagg & Breen. Hopefully one of these trainer will put him on a live one.
Corey Lanarie has been lights out for trainer Peter Walder. They combine for one in the 2nd & one in the 12th Saturday.
Unfortunately, Wicksters Dream a 4 year old gelding collapsed & was vanned off in the 9th @ GP today. Gafflione was on him for Larry Rivelli as the post time favorite. Really sad to see.
