At the moment, I have a bit of a lean toward Classic Empire, but let's see post draws and who ends up in the field, plus track conditions on race day. Just one key horse in the field or one key horse out of the field might make a big difference this year.

There are so many people who are totally confused with this field, so I am going to guess that most of the marks, and maybe a few sharps too, will gravitate to Empire.

No way he goes off at 5-1. I think his backers would be happy with 5-2/ 3-1 range and pray for underlings.

I gotta disagree Mikey and I don&#x27;t take doing so lightly. Absent injury or post position disaster, I predict Classic Empire will be the no better than 5-1 and may not be the favorite. I see Always Dreaming, Irish War Cry at 5-1, Classic Empire all in the 5-1 range and McCraken at 7-1.Then I see no one else under 10-1 with Gunnevera the next choice in the 12-1 area.

No horse imo should be less then 5-1,but right now CE is 4-1 live odds.Its really a crap shoot guys.But I see better value on a few others

Gunnevera hasn&#x27;t looked good since shipping to CD, I thought that watching him work and the a couple on track clockers made similar comments. He clearly is talented and has run fast enough previously to win this race. But take into account running style and a probable moderate pace and he&#x27;s gonna have to run by CE and IWC. Tall task IMO.GL to ALL
