Regular price for the buffet seating is $49.95 @ Ten Palms. Pegasus day prices for the same seating range from $550 to $765.
A seat at Christine Lee's (normally free with a meal) are going for $500.
The simulcast room seating $150 to $215. Walking ring in the paddock area seating is $130. Tiki bar seating (which is a stool) will run you $100 to $175. Grandstand seat is $180 to $225.
Stronach pissed away 30 million for the ugly behind Pegasus statue located at the track entrance & has to pay for it some way.
It certainly is the Sport of Kings...

its a great draw for chrome-- arrogate may have to be used a little too much early and could also be in a duel with a horse to his outside early -- Chrome can lay off and stalk out wide-- saving ground not important for Chrome since he is 10 lengths better than all in here besides arrogate-- they are two superior animals and severely outclass this field-- half the starters belong in grade III races or below-- if I can get 9/5 or higher on Chrome or 3-1 on arrogate ill win wager-- probably both are 7/5 though-- keen ice does look like a late 3rd -- maybe ill play a chrome/arrogate in first/all in 2nd/keen ice in 3rd tri and hope chrome or arrogate get unlucky and fall out to 4th or worse

It's anything but a great draw for Chrome. If you don't agree, you're not looking at the numbers. Numbers do not lie. Could he win? Yes, obviously. He will absolutely be an underlay though
Yes, he's 10+ lengths better than most in here (on his best) but there are a few that does not hold true for. Keen Ice and Noble Bird are two.
I'm 100% of the belief that Keen Ice is going to pair his top and if he saves ground, that puts him right there regardless of what the 2 favorites do. Im not confident with his post though. Plus he'll be 3rd choice. There may be slight value, if any
Noble Bird is really interesting to me. He has the speed to be in front. Yes, he appears to be a need the lead horse but when he does get it, he runs a monster figure. A figure that would make him a likely winner if Chrome loses more than a couple lengths of ground and Arrogate regresses slightly or finds trouble.
Even if we concede that he'll make the lead 1 in 3 times, I still make him about 12-1 to win this race. The poor draw for the 2 favorites helped him immensely IMO. He will be a minimum of 20/25-1 so to me he's a clear play

yep- if noble bird fires out early and somehow gets a 46 and change easy lead then he is more like a 4-1 horse and would be a clear 3rd choice and arrogate or chrome would have to fire their A game to pass him late-- so I guess at over 20-1 off odds then worth a bet-- I think noble bird would only get that trip one of 5 races though-- I just see that at speed favoring GP arrogate sends like he did in Travers and that Neolithic sends after his dominate win wire to wire last race here. I see 1,3,4 out early and 12 stalking them -- we know noble bird is a wire only candidate and will not pass a horse late to win so maybe a win bet only and playing him on top of a small tri-- something like 4/1,3,9,12/all and hope a bomb runs third
