Great to see all the boys here this time of year. The stuff you learn on this site is amazing. I credit a link posted by someone here two years ago before the Preakness to hitting that superfecta. Some obscure interview with Romans where he was talking about First Dude's training style changing to the lead and the rest is history.
I'll be around the race chats for horsplayernow/keeneland the next couple of days. Great info there. Here are some random musings:
Hansen: Dr. Hansen actually posts at this site. You will see he called Secret Circle out of the Derby two days before any of us knew. Also talks about the jockey. Doesn't sound like he is completely happy with Ramon and may be looking at Johnny V. Not sure of a scenario where Hansen wins, although horse digs in on the lead similar to Shackleford.
Creative Cause: I was not sold on this horse until I did a replay of all of his races. Reminds me of Musket Man. Just a completely consistent horse and stride. No big speed move but always around the action. I don't see him winning but I also don't see how he isn't part of the action the whole race.
Union Rags: Hard not the make the Barbaro comparisons. Physically, he would appear to be bigger and stronger, which might be his issue too. Certainly does not duck inbetween horses in and out like a Creative Cause can do. I am also not sure that the patient Julian is the best fit. I would mush rather see a jockey who will aggressively place him early. Will be paying very close attention to his works. All the Florida Derby told me is that he needs to be closer to the action, not that he doesn't have the talent.
Dullahan: I will ignore this horse and all other Bluegrass winners until one beats me. His dirt to synthetic figs don't make me want to change my thoughts.
Will add more as the days go on.

Nice thoughts, Johnny V is riding Went The Day Well for Team Valor and Graham Motion if I'm not mistaken, so I doubt he's giving up a mount from the team that gave him the Derby winner last year.
Dr. Hansen seems passionate about the game, and we definitely need more passionate owners -- but let the trainer decide these things. Mike Maker is a terrific horseman.
Thoughts on Bode?
I haven't seen a strong contrast of opinion of a Derby favorite/co-favorite is some time. From what I've been reading, people either think he's going to win by open lengths or not even come close to hitting the board.

Well this may be the year the bluegrass winner makes you a believer, if Dorfman makes all the right decisions during the race i think Dullihan wins goin away and also finally our triple crown winner.
