The four 2 year old races are strategically placed throughout the card. Arlington has 4 today as well but they are early in the card. It's nice to see the owners of these young ones in the walking ring area hoping (or better yet knowing) they have something special about to run. I always keep my eyes on that type of scenario.

Hey vet...In the big race, I'm going with the Casse's filly #6 Got Stormy. Tyler had a choice between our selections & chose yours to ride. I'm surprised to see Santana get the mount on mine since I rarely see Casse go outside his inner circle of horseman. The "bounce" factor is always a concern & going against boys makes it interesting. Maybe she gets the lead & the boys like the view from behind her.

I'll be making some plays throughout the day as I keep one eye on the ponies & the other on the Little League Regional World Series games.

&#xA;Thanks Bandit&#xA;Santana had plenty left in this filly &amp; he got the jump on Jose Ortiz who closed well from last on #4 Raging Bull.&#xA;Get Stormy broke the track record by a full second going 1:32 after the ridiculous fractions set by Manny Franco on #10.
