Jockey Miquel Vazquez just won the 2nd race @ GP but the story is what happened to him yesterday.

He took a real bad spill & when the ambulance picked him up, he had a hoof mark on his head. He's right back at it today.

GP Race 5 # 8 Kobla Mas beat my best bet yesterday Bohemian Boy in his last. Saez can make it 2 in a row for his new trainer David Carlos.

 Yeah Johnny, Saez closed with this colt just in time to beat Javier on #1.

Paid $7.20/$4.20/$3.40 with a real nice $61.40 exacta.

Fairgrounds Race 6 #2 Cosmic Train won at this mile distance in a MSW at first asking paying $22.00 with James Graham. This guy was 12 lenghts off the pace & dead last at the half mile pole. He closed into some slow fractions to win by almost 2 going away. He's moving up to Allowance company here. 

His toughest competition will be #3 Bron and Brow with a solid 3-1-1-1 record banking almost 92k for trainer Mark Casse & owner Gary Barber. However, this guy hasn't ever gone further than 6.5F & I think that he could have a problem getting this 1 mile distance.

James Graham is off his mounts today & unfortunately Pedro Cotto picks up the mount & he's only won 1 of 19 races this year. With the same closing move I think Cosmic Train will catch the chalk.

This girl ran a good 2nd after a 9 month layoff as the chalk in 12.5k claimer. She goes into Allowance company but that's the company she raced against prior to going on the bench.
