Jockey suspensions,Monmouth

Two jocks were fined and suspended for using the whip on their horses. When will the jocks and trainers start boycotting this state for enforcing a no whipping rule. It happened at the Haskell because Flavian Prat had trouble controlling his horse from lugging in but didn’t use his whip because of the rule. Now two jockeys are suspended for five days. When will racing realize that the animal rights morons will eventually try to end horse racing like they killed most of the dog racing industry and all the circus’s and the jobs of 10,000 workers. I used to love betting Monmouth but now I will never bet that track again until they rescind the rule. Every horseplayer should refuse to bet Monmouth and maybe this will end the Bullcrap rule.

Paco took a bad spill when he clipped heels with Prat's horse in the Haskell & taken away in the ambulance. I was pretty surprised to see him back in the saddle the next day.

In Cali, I believe use of the whip is limited to 6.

This issue isn't going away soon.
