WTF????????????
I'm pissed but I've always liked TwinSpires. And I know it takes two to tango, so the NYRA isn't innocent in this crap.
Should I move to TVG/FanDuel?
Any advantages in doing so other than access to Saratoga?
Seriously, how about some input.

Opening an account with TVG/Gabriel is easy, takes 5-10 minutes. Multiple deposit methods all processed within 10 minutes (initial takes 10, after that under 3 minutes). The audio/video functions are a lot easier to use (compared to Twin Spires) and you can leave their website, return without having to log back in or refresh. Placing wagers is fairly simple/straight forward. Whenever I had a question/concern and used the contact me, it was handled promptly and professionally. Withdrawals are easy as well. They also have futures and periodically offer a free promo (first win bet on their selected race, that if choice places or shows, wager is refunded (up to $10)).
I have been with them about 5 years and would rate them as an A-. The drawback is on Kentucky Derby Day, the audio/video bogs down/lags but with that time between races, placing the wagers has never been an issue and if I remember correctly, some of the races are delayed until after they've gone official.
If you can't get to the track daily for their races, I think you'd do well in using their service - similar to when TVG/Fan Duel stated they wouldn't be carrying Saratoga, I funded Twin Spires and was up and running in a little over a hour, I can 95% assure you, you'll be up and running within 20 minutes or less but no more than 30 minutes.
Hope that helps. They have a referral program but I'm not interested in that, my account their is well funded. Good luck with your decision.

Thanks for the feedback.
I have to believe they will resolve this issue quickly. So in the meantime, I'll use the racebook at Heritage where I use it for sports wagering along with Hard Rock.
FanDuel doesn't allow sports wagering in Florida. So it doesn't make sense for me to have 4 wagering accounts.
