My girl Geogrina Baxter got the 2nd half of the double cashing for $42 & a $68 exacta with Irad. The Ortiz brothers have won the first 3 races. Just got back from fishing. We hit a a bunch of schollie yellowfin tuna averaging 3 to 5 lbs. The neighbors will have fresh fish tonight.

In the 4th I'm taking #4 Mystery Business . Ex/tri key 4/789

4-8-7 was pretty chalky with a $18 exact & $22 tri  but it's better than losing.

Race 5 #5 Biblical is my play here . Ex wheel 5/all tri key 5/278

Johhny V up at the wire with the big roan #5 Biblical. Missed the tri but will take a nice 5-3 $100 exacta!

I have a strange suspicion #2 may bounce off his last. So I want to cover myself just in case he's in great form.

Joe Bravo hasn't caught fire yet @ GP but he's on the grass with trainer Duarte who was en fuego early in the meet. #8 Johnny V/Billy Mott is always a play for me. # 7 has Irad/Kiaran/Cheyenne Stables

Typo..meant #4 which was Pletcher's horse who sure didn't bounce except right into the winners circle. Billy Mott got caught but got 2nd.  

Irad got dumped after the finish line in the last race. I think he'll be off all his mounts for the rest of the day.

Got my money's worth on the 10 who made a move but got gobbled up.

Good news is that Irad is OK & will be on the rest of his mounts.

Saw the 3rd breakdown on a track today. Just had one in the 4th @ Oaklawn.

WTF? Is it the horses or the track or both? This is not good for the industry. 

Race 9 #9 Play In ships in from Fairgrounds for Trainer Cox. Shaun Bridgemohan (who I'm not a real fan of) stays on this one that has romped in her last 2 races. #1 Beechwood Ella could go back to back. Sadler ships in #5 & gets leading jock Irad Ortiz.

Ex/DD wheel 9-all; ex/tri box 9-1-5

#9 Play On was stoked, went gate to wire & won easily. Boy I love that Shaun Bridgemohan.

Alive in the DD & the exacta paid $50. Paid $8.40 to win which was a an honest price. Have some decent double prices but the #6 is cheap & my trainer Hough colt. 

DD 9-9 $49. Decent double...

Hough's colt ran a good 2nd.

Results 4-2-9-1. Missed the tri by about half length when #9 held off my girl charging outside with #1.

Ex paid $39; alive in the double with 9 & 4. The double will pay either $25 or $126 if I hit it.

Race 13 has Chad Brown's only entry on the card & that's #9 Cosmic City & I have a thing about Castellano hanging around for the last race because of something I heard him say years ago. But I also 2-3-8-10 as well.
