Playing the races today with the money I have left over from a disappointing last Saturday. Found a few nice ml prices today and a couple logical ones I think should win. Gonna be fast and firm and two good cards to play at Tampa and GP today.
Tampa Race 1 Win bets only on these
Race 1: #8 Seventysevenwilow 5-1ml raced good at 7 furlongs off a 3 month break. This 8 year old gelding really relishes Tampa and should get a perfect stalking trip early.
Race 2: #8 Purple Monster 10-1ml minn bred gets much needed class relief since his state bred maiden special weight score a year ago. Has shown nothing in his two starts in Tampa this year but this is a weak looking group of 8k nw2. If he is ever going to be competitive again this is his spot.
Race 3: #5 Slick as Ice 6-1ml had a rough go of it facing much better in Feb but should get the absolute perfect trip sitting behind two pace setters at this mile and 40 yard race. Just noticed my first three picks are all ridden by Scott Spieth. Go Scott Spieth! Lets get that 11% to 12%
Race 4: #9 Overpraise 6-1ml is my Tampa Best Bet! 4 year old maiden ran a bad race off a 9 month break at this level on turf then got a dirt start a week ago for extra fitness and raced evenly. Gets back to turf today and stretches out facing a lot of 3 year olds and looks to break his maiden in his 5 career start. Like the #11 also if he draws in and he would be a huge price.
Race 5: #2 Lil B Quick 5-1ml faces a bunch of the same horses she has the last few starts. Won’t get bet much off a weak last race but was off to slow start and raced wide in that one. She likes to be forwardly placed and should be sitting right behind some speed balls in here early and trip out.
Race 6: #6 Anditsafact 15-1ml could be anything in this one. 4 year old filly by The Factor looks like a cheap speed type at first glance but dig deeper. Only turf start was a year ago here facing maiden 16k claimers and she went off as the fav and tired. She then went off to cheap tracks and won races. Gallardo chooses to ride also so just seems like there is something here to me.

Race 7: #1 Prepare for Glory 6-1ml is first timer 50k Indiana bred purchase. Works have been good and this is a play only because no clue what this horse will be and the #4 is going to be 3-5 and looks 3-5 against the rest of these horses.
Race 8: #10 Dazzling Truths 6-1ml fits snug at this starter allowance level and may get overlooked with the outside post position. Wide open turf race at 1 3/8 mile so will need to tuck in early and try to get them late. Will have no problem with the distance so that’s important.
Race 9: #3 Takin It Easy 15-1ml is my longshot of the day at Tampa! She dropped to this cheap level last out and showed speed then faded. That was in the slop and this horse is now 0-8 on wet tracks with one third place finish so she hates it. But that was actually her best number ever on the slop so it shows she is in form. She also likes this 5.5 furlong sprint distance today and the fav #5 is going to be even money but has never raced at Tampa and will take pace pressure from cheap speed to her outside. Really think #3 can trip out on get that horse late at a monster price.
Race 10: #2 Nostalgia 20-1ml raced evenly against msw in 4 starts as a 2 year old on the all weather. She now tries racing on turf and may surprise off some good works in her 3 year old debut. Worth a gamble
