Had Justify been DQ'd in the Santa Anita Derby, he never would have run in the Kentucky Derby. He needed to win or come in 2nd in Cali to qualify for the Derby.

Baffert says he has never "knowingly" given scopolamine to any of his horses. He believes the cause of the positive test result was contaminated feed.

The cover-up is worse than the positive test result.

He raced clean   California had a problem with traces of scopolamine in feed in many horses    He was tested before and after the TC-  clean 

 

The writer is anti horse racing nowadays and its a swear campaign
