you may want to add BCON and CPST to that watch list also although CPST is at the high end of it's range right now. BCON has been a "jumps on news" stock in the past and is at the low end of it's range.

Not sure if you look at these lower pps stocks outside the energy industries, but I bought a few hundred shares today of BRLC for a couple reasons:
One, a morbid curiosity of what will happen to the pps because of the sudden increase in short interest in the company, and two, I bought a 32" Olevia TV last summer for something like $399 for the kids to use for their video games, and I absoultely love the value it provided. It has a very decent picture for the money, which is part of the problem with BRLC, the GTM.
Anyway, something you may want to consider.

that BRLC looks interesting at the low end of a two year range with just over 93 million shares out and almost 18% short. IF they can hold that 49 cents EPS, that makes a PE of 5.65
putting it on my primary stock watch.
btw, please define "GTM". I am not familiar with that term.

GTM is gross trading margin, it's basically the money a company makes before selling, administrative, research, and development expenses. Basically, BRLC has the lowest selling prices of HD LCD TV's to the consumer of any manufacturer, so what their giving away in selling price, they are hoping to make up for in volume. Their TV's are found in stores like Costco, KMart, and the like. There are rumors that they will be in Walmart/Sam's and even Best Buy very soon, but who knows, I know they are trying anyway.
But this company has some serious credibility and accounting issues facing them. They also sold away some rights to China for a 3% royality. So please please please do some research before making the leap.
I bought just a few hundred shares, won't get rich on the trade, but I also feel my downside risk is minimal since it is trading near it's low, a book value of around $3 per share as near as I can figure, and they sell a decent product for the price.

that makes them attractive. being the low cost manufacturer in any industry generally means you can survive when others can't which, IF the US goes into recession, is going to be big. I'm just watching right now.
and I wouldn't count on them hitting that 49 cent estimate.
probably correct. I'm sure the stock would be a lot higher IF those earnings were solid and looking to increase year to year.

WWAT with an intraday low of 1.18 wednesday. IF it goes under $1, it's probably a good spec play. probably OK even here BUT the markey sucks SO bad right now I'm going to wait and see.
ALL the solar charts look like SHIT right now.
