'Preciate the look here. Not sure I see anything interesting/properitary about a Canadian landscape/snow removal company. I'm probably missing something. And their chart appears overbought/oversold. I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for checking it out Jamie.  This has become a holding company with more recent acquisitions that make it a player in the the marijuana industry via it's Gro-zone product for growers (Pot is being legalized in Canada and despite political opposition it is selling in US also). Second acquisition in Snakes and Lattes which is open in Canada and undergoing a franchising program in  Canada/US.   Below is a description of some of the efforts going on that was written by another investor that I have copy-pasted as it explains the overall picture...

I came to Amfil Technologies, Inc due to the fact I wanted to make more money in the Marijuana Sector.

What I found was a shocking discovery.

Amfil Technologies has a subsidiary that they bought in September, 2016 that is generating great Revenues the last 4 Quarters.

The CEO of Amfil is Roger Mortimer.

He originally started Inter-loc Kings as His private concern.

He decided to buy Amfil Technologies out.... in order to take Inter-Loc Kings public thru the back door[took a 55% majority stake in AMFE].

He knew what He was getting into before He decided to do this.

Roger had done His homework on Amfil and discovered the GroZone Mold and Prevention system to enable the safe growth of Marijuana in an enclosed Greenhouse.

Jamie I'm sure you have more stock expertise than I do so appreciate your opinions on it. I think prospects are quite good but then i didn't put my life savings into either. I'm expecting the time is now for a rapid rise should this be uplisted to the larger exchange. Time will tell I suppose.

I'm watching....For me, it's on a flat buying line at the moment...let's see if the new listing can drive it upwards...I'd love to see some momentum in this stock.

FWIW...the chart is doing the right thing here...hopefully that corresponds...watching.

Results of 3 yr Audited Financials are expected in order to uplist to the OTCQB. The application for the OTCQB was submitted a couple of weeks ago and is publicly on file in preparation for upgrade once the audit is submitted.  

Submission of the audit expected "end of January" and it should be catalyst to make AMFE pps move up signficantly and quickly. Shareholders waiting impatiently.  The next quarterly report is also due and expected to be strong as well if it follows past reports.

Erik48, when this audit isnfinally complete its is going to launch up! Then much awaited news will finally be released that the CEO has been waiting to release until after it's off the pink sheets. I said it last year and I still believe it, this is the best stock on the OTC! Good luck, I hope you're locked and loaded, I am.

Been waiting patiently (lie, IMpatiently!) for this 3 yr audit and uplist which now appears to be imminent. However also encouraged that it has been consistent and solidifying a good base over the past 6 months.  I've added since my initial investment - Locked and loaded! Thanks again!   $$AMFE!$$

You are both more patient than I...this ticker has done *nothing*...the charts show no expectation of anything.

I'll watch, and hope for you both, but I'm on the sidelines for this one.

The overdue 3-yr independent audit has been completed and will be filed in next few days followed by uplist off the pinks and onto larger exchange. Good times ahead!

This stock was mentioned in the past and something about the company just never rang true for me....they PR too much and are hyping information that really isnt financially material, makes me feel slimy reading the PR machine stuff they put out.

Snakes coming to Tempe AZ!!

The home of the newest Snakes & Lattes Inc. location, dubbed Snakes & Lattes ‘Tempe’ has been identified and the company has made a deposit with the Tempe, Arizona landlord to open the first US based Snakes & Lattes board game bar/café. Both parties have agreed upon the terms and the lease for the location is currently being drafted and will be signed this week.

An architect has been selected and renovations on the location are slated to begin in April. Renovations to the location will not be as extreme as the flagship ‘Midtown’ location, therefore the costs and construction time will be significantly less, eliminating much of the potential for delays and ensuring that the facility is brought online in a timely manner. The target opening date for the Tempe location is June - July 2018.

The company will be renting a residential property in Tempe for approximately 6 months to house Snakes & Lattes Inc. management and staff from Toronto, ON to allow for oversight of the renovation process and a seamless hiring, training, and location launch process. We have also received commitment from one of Arizona’s most influential board game bloggers and event coordinators to join the team.

The location is in Tempe, Arizona at 20 W Sixth Street, in the old Z’Tejas Restaurant which is just off Mill Avenue. Tempe's Mill Avenue District is the hottest entertainment center in Arizona.
