after an early run to just over $4, looks like the last houre is "I got MINE and I don't want to hold over the weekend". backed off to the $3 area.
in retro I guess I should have traded it early around $4 BUT still have a good feeeling as long as the volume stays up. got a good "cushion" so I'm holding for now. just hope they don't do something stupid like SPEX did a couple months ago a dump a huge secondary on the market.
more news will hopefully be another leg up

Ya, in retro I could have sld over $4 early and bot under $3 near the close BUT when it headed over $4 it looked like it was going to do an NLST or ATHX and still might. just hope they don't do a SPEX and dump a secondary load
btw, CYCC's "mate" SNSS had good action also today. closed @ 1.47 +0.15 and 1.49 after hours. volume stay strong @ 8.50 million. they also had a "spike move" on clinical trials news Dec 10th and 11th. that's up from just over a buck Jan 1st.
and how about THIS for a "blast from the past"? old Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) up 50+% @ 1.425 +0.535 and 1.45 after hours on 15 million shares. that bitch hit a high of $45 back in 2006 when oil was going nuts. it's was a WELL under a buck most of last year and has just recently run from under 0.40 cents back in December.

i was in peix during that 40 run--bought in at around 14-15. didnt have many shares, but it was a fun ride! wish i had gotten out at that high, but i stayed hoping for more and i ended up getting out around 37-38
i started looking at it again this week (pulled out some of my old lists) and was gonna put it in the stock game, but didnt get home in time

actually not nearly as bad as the pranging I took on SPEX. the terms of the offering are $2.51 for 1 share and 0.25 of a $3.26 warrant and the stock is hanging right around there @ 2.52 with an interday low of 2.38. 2.85 million units which would equal just over 3.5 million shares shouldn't be THAT dilutive and sure helps the company's financies
I'm holding for now.

Try and tell me that Roth Capital wasnt shorting the living hell out of the stock a buck higher than the offer price the last two days, they could have shorted MUCH more than 3M shares, then cover with the offering and get to keep a huge chunk in admin fees to boot.
There is ZERO doubt in my mind that those guys were shorting it, I dont believe for a second that they had any risk on the transaction, especially with the ONE DAY turnaround..

well this is the shenanegans (sp?) you get with small stocks BUT it looks like that offering was just a blip as it's back over $3 today. you KNOW it's going to be a violent bitch with that STILL low float becaiuse, as I mentioned< the secondary didn't dilute that much.
right @ $3 as I write this @ 12:35 est. be interesting to see how it finishes for the day.

well something happened to queer the SNSS right at the end of trading tuesday. took a dump on volume from just under 1.40 to 1.27 before closing @ 1.31.
I picked up another 5k @ 1.31 early in the day so they got me
guess I'm going to have to st art day trading these fuckers BUT I'm worried about leaving a load in the table IF they have a serious run.
