When do you think we'll see some sort of pullback? I think we get one more good week from the financials, and then we will see some pullback. Everyone keeps pointing to the gap that needs to be filled on the S&P from early January. I am not sure. But one more week is in the cards. Maybe we'll even just trade sideways for a while, but I would not be too eager to get into the market right now.
I'm just shocked that these large institutions are having to go out into market to raise more equity by issuing common stock and their shares are still going up. That makes no sense to me. So they are diluting shareholders yet their prices are surging? Who are these people buying?
What person is thinking to themselves now is an excellent time to enter the market and buy bank stocks? Lets buy JPM at $38 when its 1 year high is $50 and that was when the DOW was 12,000 to 13,000. Why would you buy now after a 40% run up on the market?
Anyway just trying to get everyone's thoughts. Who knows, maybe I should go with the momentum one more time this week and get out next Friday.
