tbt - leveraged short treasury etf. bets that rates will rise and prices of t bills will fall
i think/believe that given the current risk of buying us debt rates should be north of 8-10% but we dont live in normal times
the thing is volitile but has a nice base in the mid 40s especially after ben's announcement last week

been a "fixed game" going back to Greenspan's artificial interest rates for the last decade. maybe in a few months I will get a decent return on my savings (IF the US dollar is still WORTH anything)

Would seem a simple and (very basic, sound) piece of economic advice to me. I would prefer the Chinese keep financing our debt, but if I were them, I would be slowly and surely walking away from it.
